You can't get much cooler with Seattle architecture than the downtown Seattle public library. Built by Rem Koolhass, this piece of modern architectural art is as amazing on the inside as it is outside. I've heard rumors that the librarians don't find it particularly well-thought-out, but it's certainly a dramatic piece of Seattle real estate.
